Reservations, Table Service & Bottle Service Policy

6ix Mears offers table reservations for guests and groups who want to plan ahead for dinner, celebrations, nightlife, and special events. Bottle service is not required for standard table reservations unless specifically stated for an event. Bottle service is available and strongly encouraged for groups celebrating birthdays, special occasions, R&B Thursday, Big 6 Saturday, and other high-demand events.Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee availability. Please review the policies below before making your reservation.
1. Reservations & Availability
Table and booth reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until approved by 6ix Mears.We strongly encourage guests to submit reservations at least one day in advance, particularly for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, special events, and large groups. Same-day and last-minute requests may not be accommodated.The size and location of your table will be determined by your party size, event needs, venue capacity, and available seating.
2. Arrival & 30-Minute Reservation Hold
Guests should arrive at their scheduled reservation time.6ix Mears will hold a reserved table or booth for 30 minutes after the scheduled reservation time. After 30 minutes, the reservation may be released and the table made available to another party.For example, a 9:00 PM reservation will be held until 9:30 PM. A 10:00 PM reservation will be held until 10:30 PM. If your party expects to arrive late, please contact 6ix Mears directly at info@6ixmears.com as soon as possible. Notification of a late arrival does not guarantee that the table can continue to be held.
3. Reserved Table Time
Once your party has arrived and been seated, your reservation provides your party with the assigned table or booth for 90 minutes. After the 90-minute reservation period, continued use of the table is subject to availability. If your entire party leaves the table after the reserved period, the table may be made available to other guests. Guests are welcome to dance, socialize, and enjoy the venue during their reservation. We simply ask that parties understand that tables cannot remain indefinitely reserved when they are no longer being actively used.
4. Personal Belongings
6ix Mears is not responsible for purses, coats, phones, gifts, bags, decorations, or other personal property left unattended at tables, booths, or elsewhere in the venue. Please keep valuables and personal belongings with you when leaving your table.
5. Decorations
Candles, sparklers, confetti, glitter, table decorations, chair decorations, floor decorations, wall decorations, ceiling decorations, door decorations, open flames, and other items that may create a fire, safety, cleanup, or operational concern are prohibited. Balloons are welcome, provided they do not obstruct walkways, exits, staff operations, visibility, or other guests. Guests may not arrive early to decorate or claim tables unless arrangements have been specifically approved by 6ix Mears management in advance.
6. Outside Food, Beverages & Catering
Outside food, beverages, alcohol, desserts, cakes, candy, and other consumable items are not permitted unless specifically authorized by 6ix Mears management in advance.
Planning a larger gathering? 6ix Mears offers catering options for groups that prefer a pre-selected menu rather than ordering individually from our Main Menu or Late-Night Menu. Catering selections include group-sized food options that can be arranged in advance, making it easier to serve your party when you arrive.
Guests interested in catering should review our Catering Menu and submit their selections in advance. Catering orders are subject to availability, advance-order requirements, deposits, and the 6ix Mears Catering Policy.
7. Parties of Five or More
Parties of five or more guests are strongly encouraged to make an online reservation so that 6ix Mears can prepare appropriate seating and provide the best possible service for the group. Large-party seating remains subject to availability.
8. Bottle Service
Bottle service is available for guests who want an elevated group experience and a convenient way to have their table and bottle prepared before arrival.Purchasing bottle service does not automatically include admission or waive an event cover charge unless the specific event or promotion expressly states otherwise. All alcoholic beverages purchased through bottle service are for on-premises consumption only and may only be possessed or consumed by guests who are 21 years of age or older with valid identification. Bottle-service purchases must be paid in full before the bottle is prepared or served.
9. R&B Thursday Bottle Service & Admission
R&B Thursday has a $10 admission charge unless otherwise advertised. For R&B Thursday only, the purchase of a qualifying bottle-service package includes admission for up to four people total per bottle: the bottle purchaser plus three guests. Additional members of the party are responsible for the applicable admission charge. Purchasing additional bottles does not increase the number of complimentary admissions beyond the applicable promotion unless specifically approved or advertised by 6ix Mears. Bottle service also allows 6ix Mears to prepare an appropriate table and bottle setup for your group in advance. Seating and table size remain based on party size and availability.
10. Big 6 Saturday Bottle Service
Bottle service is not required to attend Big 6 Saturday or to submit a table reservation request unless specifically stated for a particular event. However, bottle service is strongly encouraged for birthdays, celebrations, and groups that want a more complete Saturday-night experience. Bottle service does not include free admission to Big 6 Saturday. All guests remain responsible for the applicable admission or cover charge unless a specific promotion expressly states otherwise.
11. Bottle Service Early-Purchase Offer
Qualifying bottle-service purchases paid in full by 11:59 PM may receive $100 off the applicable bottle-service price when the promotion is offered. The bottle must be selected and payment successfully completed by 11:59 PM to qualify. Requests, unpaid selections, or incomplete transactions do not qualify for the discount. Promotional pricing is subject to availability and may be modified or excluded for certain bottles, events, or special promotions.
12. No Early Table Claiming or Fee Avoidance
Guests may not arrive early, occupy unassigned tables or booths, leave belongings at tables, or otherwise attempt to bypass reservation procedures, admission charges, bottle-service requirements, or event policies. A reservation does not waive an applicable event admission charge unless expressly stated by 6ix Mears.
13. Reservation Changes
Reservations are subject to change based on availability, party size, venue operations, special events, and capacity. If your party size changes, please notify 6ix Mears before arrival. We cannot guarantee that a larger table or additional seating will be available for guests added at the last minute.
14. Use of the 6ix Mears Brand
Guests, promoters, and outside organizers may not use the 6ix Mears name, logo, photographs of the venue, website content, URLs, online-ordering materials, social media content, or other branded assets to advertise, sell admission to, solicit attendees for, or represent an unapproved birthday party, gathering, promotion, or event as affiliated with or authorized by 6ix Mears. Unauthorized promotions or events may be denied or canceled, and 6ix Mears reserves the right to prohibit individuals responsible from returning to the venue.
15. Guest Privacy
Guests should respect the privacy of others and refrain from intentionally photographing, filming, or recording individuals outside their party in a manner that is intrusive, disruptive, or violates applicable law or venue policy.
16. 6ix Mears Photography & Video
Authorized 6ix Mears representatives may capture photography and video during events for promotional and marketing purposes, including publication on 6ixmears.com and official 6ix Mears social media platforms. Guests who have concerns regarding a published photograph or video may contact info@6ixmears.com to request review or removal.
17. Venue Conduct & Alcohol Service
All guests must comply with 6ix Mears policies, staff instructions, event requirements, age restrictions, and applicable alcohol-service regulations. 6ix Mears reserves the right to refuse or discontinue alcohol service, deny entry, or require a guest to leave when permitted by law or when necessary to protect guests, employees, property, or the orderly operation of the venue.
Required Reservation Acknowledgment
By submitting a reservation request, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the 6ix Mears Reservations, Table Service & Bottle Service Policy. I understand that submitting this form does not guarantee a table or booth and that my reservation is not confirmed until approved by 6ix Mears. I authorize 6ix Mears to contact me regarding availability, party size, seating, bottle service, payment, and other details necessary to complete my reservation. I understand that applicable admission charges are separate from my table reservation unless expressly included in a specific promotion.
