At 6ix Mears, we strive to provide a great experience for every guest. To ensure transparency, please review the following policies and payment information before dining with us.

Payment Authorization

By presenting, inserting, swiping, tapping, or otherwise authorizing payment with a debit card, credit card, mobile wallet, or other payment method, guests acknowledge and authorize the charges associated with their food, beverage, merchandise, service fees, gratuities, and applicable taxes.

Card-present transactions completed through chip, tap-to-pay, mobile wallet, or swipe technology constitute authorization for payment and may not require a handwritten signature.

Cash Discount Program

Guests paying with cash receive a 3.8% discount from posted pricing.

Service Fee

A 4% service fee applies to transactions paid by debit card, credit card, or digital wallet.

Automatic Gratuity

An 18% gratuity is automatically applied to dine-in parties of three (3) or more guests.

Charge Questions & Disputes

If you believe an error has occurred, please contact us directly before initiating a charge dispute with your financial institution.

To assist with investigations, all charge concerns must be submitted in writing through our online form or by email at info@6ixmears.com.

Please include:

  • Date of visit

  • Approximate time of visit

  • Last four digits of the payment card

  • Description of the concern

  • Supporting documentation

Our team will review and respond as promptly as possible.

Late Night Menu

Late Night Menu service begins daily at 10:00 PM.

Sunday–Thursday: Last food orders at 12:00 AM
Friday–Saturday: Last food orders at 1:00 AM

Hours may vary during holidays and special events.
